	Actually, if you are dd'ing the floppy image I believe you should be
	using rfd0, and not fd0.  So the typeo is on the first fd0 and not
	on rfd1.

	This may not be the case anymore, but I do remember that using fd0
	instead of rfd0 could cause a panic on a bad or write-protected
	floppy.
