Per MOVED, it was removed in 2016 because it's included in all supported
versions of Perl, so what had happened since then?  It was not mentioned
in the commit log.

It's a courtesy to preserve original creator when resurrecting a port,
esp.  if you only shuffle a few lines around.  I known that you probably
don't care and would likely ignore this email, but I'm pointing this out
for others, given the occasion.
