No just out of date - you either need to do a make world (or cd
/usr/src/usr.bin/fetch && make install after CVSup'ing the source) or for
an easier fix go to http://www.freebsd.org/ports/ and grab the correct
port_upgrade kit for your system.  Then do a pkg_add port_upgrade__.tgz
where you fill in the __ with the actual characters to match the version
of upgrade you grabbed.
