Using the "database of results" from
http://www.scl.ameslab.gov/Projects/Gigabit/ shows that after they
turned off delayed ACKs, the curves were much smoother.  This indicates
that the problem is probably the interaction of Nagle, mbuf sizes, and
delayed ACK's, which is fixed in -current and 3.1 .
