There's clearly a syntax error in your "MSDOSFS" line.
Remove the "req'ed" and try again.

That should probably be "opl1", not "op10" (the letter ell,
not the digit one).

It's probably also a good idea to remove your old kernel build
directory before trying again.  ``config -r YOURKERNEL'' will
do that for you.
