I can't reproduce it Jens.  My point was that not only does it not print that
message, but I can find nothing in its source that would cause it to ever have
done so.  I don't see how its usage() would be overwritten by one from PAM, and
I can, again, NOT get it to print that message.  I suspect you have a modified
version of su installed.
