>Description:
	I installed FreeBSD 4.3-RELEASE on my laptop.
	During the installation and also during reboot the kernel always
	states:
		usb0: host controller halted
	(after it correctly discovered the usb hub controller.
	I obtained 4.3-STABLE in hope to remedy the problem, but failed.
	The USB-port had a USB-port bar connnected, that shows that
	usb is somewhat working - but fails later on some reason.

	The following is the config file and dmesg output.
