Ah.. we should probably make it inclusive rather than exclusive.  I
believe one of the ports will accept PAPERSIZE=legal.  So maybe

.if defined(PAPERSIZE) && ${PAPERSIZE} == a4
BROKEN= Go to ${PORTSDIR}/print/a2ps-a4 for A4 paper size.
.endif

is better.
