The 10/31 snapshot is broken for DS20 & xp1000.  Current on these
machines was broken on 10/14 and fixed on 11/03 in rev 1.128 of
sys/pci/pci.c

We need a new alpha snapshot.  There have been some significant bug
fixes since 10/31.   Jordan?
