When libpthread is present in the system, some of these ports end up being linked to both libpthread and libc_r. I sent a message to ports@ a couple of days ago to give them advance notice that there was breakage, and to expect libpthread to be installed as 'libpthread' in the next few weeks. -- Dan Eischen
