usage: tunefs [-A] [-a maxcontig] [-d rotdelay] [-e maxbpg] [-f avgfilesize]
              [-m minfree] [-p] [-n enable | disable] [-o space | time]
              [-s filesperdir] [special | filesystem]

Run "tunefs -n enable /foo" when /foo is mounted.
Run "tunefs -n enable /foo /bar".
