  Removed files:
    games/sdlquake Makefile
    games/sdlquake/files md5 sdlquake.sh
    games/sdlquake/pkg COMMENT DESCR PLIST PLIST.nowad
  Log:
Nuke sdlquake now that it has been made obsolete by QuakeForge. SDLQuake
was really more of an example that was created by the author of SDL to show
  the power of SDL.
