patch

The attached patch:
* Adds options ZSTD LZMA
* Adds USES=3Dexecinfo

Tor now uses two compression libraries. They are used only for directory
information traffic.

They were previously disabled in the port due to the bug in archivers/zstd
which is now resolved.

Builds in poudriere.
