Well, the stuff is being given out under a perl-like Artistic license. However you can't (as of today) just pull it down via `fetch' 'cuz you has to first register your email address with the OG server prior to downloading the sources. The license does not prevent redistribution, so I guess we could just mirror a copy somewhere, but I thought it better to follow the spirit of the requirement ...
