I have a laptop that only supports ACPI, not APM, and one of the big
problems with it and FBSD 5.1-CURRENT is that I cannot query the battery
to determine how much battery life I have left.
sysctl hw.acpi doesn't detect when AC is offline ( shows status:
charging ) always, and reports bogus values. I have attached sysctl
hw.acpi output ( report ) and dmesg. I would appreciate any help with
resolving this matter. I will be willing to supply any willing parties
with any additional information they might need to resolve this issue.
Thank you,

Keith
