I looked at the code in if_sis.c and this message
shows up when the driver tries to do a
bus_alloc_resource() in order to do memory mapped IO.
the function returns NULL and hence the error.
I believe the driver was written for an earlier
version (FA 311/0) and probably not updated.
Yhe release notes state that this driver (4.0 onwards)
supports NetGear FA 312 and if anyone has got it
 working, pl. let me know.
 thanks
