Have you read through the ppp tutorial?

http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/ppp/c274.html

I don't recommend and internal modem to anyone using FreeBSD, if your
using an internal modem you may have to look for it in the supported
hardware, if modems are listed *shrug*

It installed fine, but it doesn't recognize my modem, the modem I use is supported under Linux, so I assume it should work with FreeBSD, but it hasn't. So if you could send me any useful information I would appreciate it very much.
