It appears that "ftp.whitevine.com" no longer exists or no longer accepts FTP connections. FWIW - www.whitevine.com/biblereader/ does not exist. My attempts to connect to 'ftp.whitevine.com' all timed out, but perhaps someone else can get through? I WAS able to connect to "www.whitevine.com" (same IP).
