I=20understood=20this=20as=20the=20configuration=20is=20done=20on=20all=20=
the=20dependencies=20as=20well.

The=20handbook=20also=20writes:

"Tip:=20When=20using=20config-recursive,=20the=20list=20of=20ports=20to=20=
configure=20are=20gathered=20by=20the
all-depends-list=20make(1)=20target.=20It=20is=20often=20recommended=20to=
=20run=20make=20config-recursive

Does=20this=20mean=20if=20I=20run=20config-recursive=20several=20times=20=
in=20a=20raw,=20all=20the=20dependencies=20will
be=20configured?
