Hi Steve,

Please explain to me why the MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD is only set for amd64 =
or sparc64?  Seems to me it should be set or not set for *all* =
platforms.  The reason also seems bogus to me.  Since the only place =
/etc/fstab is encoded is in the perl5/Sys/Filesystem/*.pm files (stuff =
executed at perl script compile time, not at package build time).
