I've put on ftp.freebsd.org a version of boot.flp which includes the new CAM SCSI code, with support for AIC7895 chip found on the newest Adaptec controllers. The file is: ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/cam-boot.tgz and contains short README and a special kernel.flp with the proper kernel 'saute' (i.e. without MFS/sysinstall).
