Incompletely initialized vulnerability exists in the function
=E2=80=98snmp_pdu_parse()=E2=80=99 of =E2=80=98snmp_api.c', and remote atta=
ckers can cause memory leak,
DOS and possible command executions by sending malicious packets.

Adopt upstream fix.

Patch attached.
