The license has always required that it itself be included in
``supporting documentation''.  The only thing that has changed is
the wording, and it's now Copyright 1998 Lucent instead of
Copyright 1991 AT&T.  It's still basically a BSD-style license, as
you can see by looking at the new manpage.
