Im having trouble getting network (PCMCIA) card to work, wonder if anyone could
give me some clues...

Freebsd 4.7
Pentium 150MMX
PCI-PCMCIA bridge

"pcardc rdreg" returns
pccardc: /dev/card0: Device not configured
pccardc: /dev/card0: Device not configured

"pccardc dumpcis" returns
0 slots found.

dmesg recognizes the bridge, but no hint of the card.. (3com 3c589c)

--- kernal config (PCMCIA)
device		card
device pcic0	at isa? irq 0 port 0x3e0 iomem 0xd0000
device pcic1	at isa? irq 0 port 0x3e2 iomem 0xd4000 disable

--- pcard.conf
copied from /usr/share/examples into /etc

--- rc.conf
pccard_enable="YES"
pccard_mem="DEFAULT"
pccard_ifconfig="inet 192.168.0.5 netmask 255.255.255.0"

Any help appreciated.
Chris
