That is a common misconception.  In CVS, tags whose revision numbers
contain a 0 component (like 1.109.0.2) are special.  They're branch
tags.  The actual branch number is formed by removing the 0 and
sliding the next digit over into its place.  So RELENG_2_2 refers to
revision 1.109.2.x for the largest existing "x".
