hi

fixes the tags problem here:
atapci0: <VIA 82C686 ATA66 controller> port 0xd000-0xd00f at device 7.1 on pci0
ata0: at 0x1f0 irq 14 on atapci0
ata1: at 0x170 irq 15 on atapci0
<...>
ad0: 73308MB <IBM-DTLA-307075> [148945/16/63] at ata0-master tagged UDMA66

but i still get a timeout here:
atapci0: <Intel PIIX4 ATA33 controller> port 0xffa0-0xffaf at device 7.1 on pci0
ata0: at 0x1f0 irq 14 on atapci0
ata1: at 0x170 irq 15 on atapci0
<...>
SMP: AP CPU #1 Launched!
afd0: MODE_SENSE_BIG command timeout - resetting
ata0: resetting devices .. done
afd0: 120MB <LS-120 VER5 00 UHD Floppy> [963/8/32] at ata0-master PIO3

forcing dma doesn't make a difference either
