Oops... Seriously, erm - You will need to nuke the drive, and during the install process it will get re-partitioned and formatted as ufs etc. - If it's a 1.2gb drive make sure the root filesystem (/) starts and ends within the first 1024 cylinders, or you could end up with boot problems... I don't beleive you can install FreeBSD onto an MS-DOS / FAT filesystem etc. unlike linux...
