Yes, this was the solution chosen to allow different versions of Tcl to=20 cohexist. You can install tcl85 and tcl86 in parallel, and they won't=20 have conflicting man page files because of the suffix. >Is there a way to have an alias so the plain man pages work? Not out of the box, I fear. What you could you is to redefine MAN_SUFFIX=20 in lang/tcl86/Makefile. pkg-plist will need adjustment as it hardcodes=20 the tcl86 part. So we could add MAN_SUFFIX to the PLIST_SUB list and use=20 that in pkg-plist. If you have a better suggestion, I'm all ears :) --=20 Pietro Cerutti --ltah46ox4m5svgmd Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQJiBAABCgBMFiEE2m3hBqW4VLhd2G1JrdDTjqGSCJ4FAlqC3GEuFIAAAAAAFQAQ cGthLWFkZHJlc3NAZ251cGcub3JnZ2FockBGcmVlQlNELm9yZwAKCRCt0NOOoZII nj9XEACyw0B1QD8sbJJUh7hZKPNu2HtOiDmpfOgSESwjtuPDQe5XsqaPKhKQEbOx fZsXDdBCWry6m3T93gyujr2+gjpxW8hRpFnByTPn91y7AwbYYjVfsL6PmAMcHJ49 7GN7BDTuj3UOpu7uSSfTTrY/yH3MFN80pSrsnhqs4mdqbXh1Eeqb15pVXdDu+mRY lxr/2jtmtjy4Z6ikbPt1nfutiIgHrcwXQTNKtace2MXj5SNMuqvB8ml1m2NA4WWZ 4kyjjQTykoi0olIPXA5H0FO1MMGa3q0+Rxxc79LNfWPtIRBY7mEzStCbeEUDtwt1 NE8juMNJB0eLNmBpXDbZJ17en54W3F9ziGzahy3nU8C/kyk1MdjwOsWfT3Fc1+vS c3REknDUZZXGj8WdDi9BHlztQEp/P8X7ft6c/TVlH0pgUz3dy6aTFyv1inGhZY2I TUNmDxFqOrp8QVb8P0zjbqubkLnmZPLKtRCAPDM9USLohSCB2NgYERGelbf4PQVv TCOlIWVs4usuPPem300LJnVXsrlqrgHcN453WnEwwjHTyeEJwEdvlY51gX1Q+gQ2 cA41CxtgO2hIFLDh2w9R1pCxgDxd680m9glLhQnNyb9O1GV1rz53NQayjPCdkB6o QIlIpqyl0OSHylantOKRAllRwjGV14xMTCVnNPLNqYrXBW/g+A== =4gs0 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --ltah46ox4m5svgmd--
