Might I suggest a policy to encourage non-native speakers to
write documentation under the tutelage of a native speaker?
IMHO it's much easier to find people to edit documentation than it
is to find people to create documentation in the first place.  Yes, I
suppose I would have to be the first to volunteer for such a task :-)
