Hi, I have ThinkPad with built-in Prism2.5 Mini-PCI. wi0: <Intersil Prism2.5> mem 0xf0000000-0xf0000fff irq 11 at device 5.0 on pci2 wi0: using RF:PRISM2.5 MAC:ISL3874A(Mini-PCI) wi0: Intersil Firmware: Primary 1.01.00, Station 1.04.02 As you know, 1-14 channels are available in Japan. But by default, 12-14 channels can't be used. % wicontrol ... Channel list: [ 2047 ] (0x03ff) ... According to datasheets, (available from http://www.intersil.com/data/fn/fn8017.pdf) ISL3874 has 'Control Registers', and set '1' to Bit 4 of the 'CONFIGURATION REGISTER 5', 12-14 channels seem to be used. But, I can't find how to access this register. If you know how to access these 'Control Registers', please let me know.
