Looks like "H.264 (Intel QSV)" shows up even with only i965 driver. During
encoding intel_gpu_top shows 30% usage on Skylake but, like with iHD, CPU u=
sage
is abnormally high compared to ffmpeg.

Let's not force iHD dependency as it only works on Broadwell or later.
