:committers and 99.9999% of the users etc won't ever need to deal with it

    Shouldn't we be chanting 'TAG! TAG! TAG!' now?  I'm getting all
    itchy, if I don't start chanting *something* soon I'm gonna
    explode!

    I suggest disabling cvsupd before you start the tag operation,
    unless you want to wait all night for the tagging to finish :-)

    Also, there's a runaway 'sh' on freefall, 28 hours of cpu
    and counting, owned by 'obrien'.
