 Edit src/COPYRIGHT,v
  Add tag RELENG_3_2_0_RELEASE -> 1.2
 Edit src/Makefile,v
  Add tag RELENG_3_2_0_RELEASE -> 1.222.2.4
 
IIRC, Jordan is in Japan.  It's the 15th there. 
Maybe he's building in a margin for the "12th hour" fixes.  :)
