Totally newbie here :) If you have the time, patience and disk space, you could: for gnome: # cd /usr/ports/x11/gnome2 # make install clean for kde: # cd /usr/ports/x11/kde3 # make install clean Or just install the packages (will fetch from the ftp servers) # pkg_add -r kde or # pkg_add -r gnome2 hth Gautam
