Forgot to mention: If you have seen occasional deadlocks in current with processes in the 'allproc' wait channel (i.e., system seems to freeze, but you can drop into ddb, and you find that the clock swi is stuck in 'allproc') try today's current and see if this fixes it. Note that you want my later fix for the race condition in witness as well, as this deadlock only occurred on SMP boxes, at least that I've heard. -- John Baldwin <jhb@FreeBSD.org> -- http://www.FreeBSD.org/~jhb/ PGP Key: http://www.baldwin.cx/~john/pgpkey.asc "Power Users Use the Power to Serve!" - http://www.FreeBSD.org/ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe cvs-all" in the body of the message
