The modem works fine under Windoze 95 but I can't get the modem to respond under FreeBSD. I have tried the modem under com port 2 and 3 and the kernel sees the modem. I have edited /etc/remote to include /dev/cuaa2 and /dev/cuaa1 and I have tried various speeds, all of which have been unsucessful. When I tip to the modem I connect but I get no response for the AT commands. I can't even get the darn thing to dial out. Can anyone provide me with any hints Please reply to me as I am not on this mailing list. johnm@bats.com Thanks in advance.
