Synopsis: Why my freebsd 4.5 always crash? State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: schweikh State-Changed-When: Fri Sep 20 10:11:23 PDT 2002 State-Changed-Why: This sounds very much like a hardware problem. The two most probable reasons being marginal RAM or disks. Try replacing each of these components and see if you get a stable system. You can find a free RAM tester at www.memtest86.com. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=42437 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
