I use MS-DOS v6.22 and Win 3.1 It happens with both NDIS and ODI drivers. I have disabled PnP on the card, so that's not it. And the occurence is absolutely dependable. Every time. Cold boots are fine, second warm boot gets it, but first warm boot from DOS fails to find ep0 As you say, not a huge problem, more of an annoyance, so unless one of us that is aflicted can spend the time to sort it out it's probably low on the priority list.
