some ports are broken if system-wide ccache building is
enabled:

root@briareus:/usr/ports# env __MAKE_CONF=/dev/null WITH_CCACHE_BUILD=yes make
-C databases/levigo/ && make describe
Variable CONFIGURE_ENV is recursive.

make: stopped in /usr/ports/databases/levigo
