As of this morning's -STABLE, I decided to risk crashing and playing
around with atacontrol on a Dell Latitude C810 and my media bay devices.

Being able to swap things in and out of the media bay on the fly is very
cool.

The only bit I had to figure out was that I had to detach the channel
before adding a device.  Initially I tried inserting the LS-120 and
reinitializing channel 1.  The machine didn't panic or lock up, but I
couldn't do anything with channel 1 until I rebooted.
