	I didn't test adding abobe line, but I tested with LANG=ja_JP.eucJP
	and LC_ALL=C, already.  So it's OK.  Please commit.

	I want to fix more complex workaround:-), but I think that adding
	MAKE_ENV+=LC_ALL=C is OK.
