What kind of quirk?  USB devices shouldn't need the 6_BYTE quirks anymore, and
if the device uses UFI, the SYNC_CACHE quirk is just cosmetic.  In theory, USB
devices that use UFI don't need quirks anymore.

Note that 4.x still needs the quirks, just 5.0 doesn't.
