I'm new to FreeBSD's version system, are the tag RELENG_4_6_2_RELEASE and RELENG_4_6 basically equivalent for today? And then I assume changes will start going into the latter until RELENG_4_6_3_RELEASE is tagged? Stated another way, are the RELENG_4_6_X_RELEASE just tags on the RELENG_4_6 branch.
