Can somebody please look at PR #kern/176 ``EIDRM not defined in
errno.h''.

This came already up when importing David Hovemeyer's shm* man pages.

What would be an appropriate value for EIDRM? The next available
(82)?

SysV uses 36, but BSD and SysV apparently diverge starting with error
number 35, so we have to assign something else anyway.
