I don't know if it's an issue with drivers or not, but whenever my Linksys card looses it's carrier, it slows the system up REALLY bad, and I get errors "wi0: wi_cmd: busy bit won't clear.". And from what I could tell, this started happening as soon as I upgraded to 4.6-STABLE.
