Configuring an inet address on bge(4) to up the interface hangs the
system on todays RELENG_8 or leads to an instant reboot.  The system
becomes completely unresponsive and I haven't managed to break into the
debugger.  Disabling hw.bge.allow_asf fixes the symptoms.  Some relevant
