If the keyboard is not present at some stage during the system running, our BSD would not restart, it would just sit there and wait. The reply we got from Doug White was "This happens on some systems, and there isn't much you can do for it. Blame it on cheap hardware. There is a kernel option called `BROKEN_KEYBOARD_RESET' that you could compile with and that would try a more direct method of rebooting the system. See LINT for usage." This seemed to fix the problem. Regards Craig Beasland n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n~n Reward Consulting Pty. Ltd.
