Not that I consider heanet slow, I'm regularly doing >1000 kB/s
transfers from them, but, would a better solution for everyone to
reorder Sourceforge mirrors to have a globally fast one first?

And while at it, can we please have first PHP not be brazilian?
That one is really slow outside South America.
