I had the same problem, you need to change the line for the bt0 controller
in the Kernel configuration file.  The old line used btintr - change it to
bt_isa_intr as show below:                                      
                                                      
controller      bt0     at isa? port "IO_BT0" bio irq ? vector bt_isa_intr
