patch

The security/linux-c6-nss is vulnerable and Red Hat has released a new vers=
ion.

The attached patch addresses this. I didn't create vuxml patch as I couldn't
find the relevant vuxml entry for security/nss port.

It builds fine on Poudriere with 11.0 (c6 and c6_64).
